Karine – I am writing to thank you. You ensured that my 91 year old father received the care he needed in Jamaica following a fall that required immediate medical attention, stitches and a CAT scan. As I was in Pennsylvania and not near my father during all of this, you explained the process to me and then went to work. You were spring loaded to act as soon as you had the information you needed. When dealing with the hospital, you took charge, let them know what you would do and what you needed them to do. Everything went to plan. I am pleased to report that my father was able to continue his vacation and is expected to return home on Wed, as originally scheduled. Again, I can’t thank you enough for your professionalism that drove outstanding results. I commend you, and will recommend your company to all of my friends and colleagues. I wish you all the best.

William is recovering well from hospital, has a weird so to go but should make full recovery We are thankful that we are back in Australia. It was a very stressful and traumatic time. Good evening, I would like to thank the entire team at Robin Assist and Flight Medic for getting Priti transported out of the life threatening situation that developed while we were vacationing in Egypt. It was a harrowing experience but she has been discharged home from the local hospital and is gradually regaining her strength. The event resulted in unexpected expenses which I would like to present for consideration of reimbursement under the policy. Kindly let me know how to go about doing this.
